Do my drivers have to pay or download anything?
No. The driver app is included in your plan at no extra cost. Drivers open driver.truck4ward.com on their phone and add it to their Home Screen — no app store, no download. The app walks them through it.
Does it work if I only have one truck?
Yes. Starter is built for owner-operators: enter your truck's costs once and every load shows your real profit and break-even. You also get invoices, document storage and the AI rate con scanner.
Is there a free trial?
Rate Check on this page is free and needs no sign-up. The full app is month to month with no contract, so you can cancel anytime from your account and it won't renew.
How does the AI rate con scanner work?
Upload or snap a rate confirmation and it fills in the load for you to review: broker, pickup and delivery stops, times, reference numbers and rate. Always give it a quick check before saving. Your file is only used to read that document — see our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my loads and rates?
Only people on your team. Drivers see just the loads assigned to them, and rates stay hidden from drivers unless you turn them on. We don't sell your data or show ads.
Can I put my own company name on invoices and agreements?
Yes. Your company name, MC and DOT numbers, contact details and payment instructions go on your invoices, dispatch agreements and payout sheets.
What about IFTA and ELD?
IFTA reports are coming next: miles by state from your loads plus fuel receipts your drivers snap in the app. ELD connections are on the roadmap after that.
Can I cancel anytime?
